Good local indian restaurant. I enjoyed the vegetable curry and very tasty lamb saag, with rice, raita and naan. Plenty left over to take home. Pleasant service.

Food was really good and tasty. But the the whole place was lacking atmosphere, it felt like we were eating in someone’s lounge room. Bit strange.

Delightful Indian restaurant located in a very cute old shopfront in Battery Point which made for a fabulous atmosphere. Food was delicious, service was very good - would recommend.

Food and service was great. Only disappointing thing was that we booked weeks ago and were placed up a dark corner of the restaurant on a very small table with very poor lighting. 4 couples walked in off the street without a booking and were given large tables in well lit areas. If we had known we wouldn’t have bothered booking.

Situated in a beautiful Tasmanian Suburb this restaurant was quiet and welcoming. The food was the best Indian I’ve tasted. Flavours were spot on and the meals were not heavy. Well done

Very welcoming on entry & very thankful on departure but there were a few times whilst dining where service was hard to find/flag down. We opted for the banquet for 4, which the restaurant graciously allowed even though we were a table of 4 adults & 2 kids. Every curry was tasty & the entree's were some of the best I've had from an Indian restaurant. would definitely recommend!

The restaurant is in a historic neighborhood, and the building itself is well decorated and cosy. The food was delicious, the service was polite and prompt. The restaurant is worth a visit if you are around the Battery Point area.

Inconsistent - the butter chicken was really nice, but the rogan josh was disappointing. One member of staff was very friendly, the other was quite abrupt.

Delicious meal, great wine & nice cosy private tables. Able to hold a conversation around the table without overpowering background noise. Was great for a catch up with friends.
