2/10Awful experience. The food was tasteless, staff were rude with poor English and German, and the dishes were broken. I ordered Tom Yum, but it was just a bland soup with salmon—no shrimp, lemongrass, or traditional ingredients. The waitress dismissed my complaint, and the manager absurdly claimed “Tom Yum” is just a name. He promised to cover the cost but still included it on the bill. Poor food, service, and honesty. Never coming back.
