About the restaurant Maison Blanche

"It was in 2001 that the restaurant Maison Blanche has come to the place: sober and elegant decoration among granite and wood, glasses and silks, towering columns, sometimes white, sometimes plum, in an immaculate décor.

A gastronomic revival was announced with this aesthetic renewal, led masterfully by the chef Fabrice Giraud.

We then suggested to the Pourcel brothers to prepare their cuisine in a prestigious hotel. Note: Special menus are offered for the year-end holidays."

I was very much looking forward to the experience. Yet I must say that I was rather disappointed. The staff didn't look professional and their attitude didn't reflect the reputation of the restaurant. I had to call the waiter twice to get my aperitif served. The were highly uncomfortable with no proper back support for the benches. Also, the crockery looked very ordinary without any sense of sophistication whatsoever. The food was OK but definitely not aligned with the

My wife and I traveled to Paris to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary; we couldn't have a more memorable experience dining at Maison Blanche for this very special occasion. Exquisite food, wine, and ambience, mixed with a marvelous view of the iconic Eiffel Tower in one of the most pristine rooftops of Paris; just breathtaking. Service provided from door to table was beyond outstanding. The Pomerol suggested by the sommelier was right on target, and it's price even better. Dishes' size on the tasting menu are very generous; make sure you get there hungry. We barely made it!
Dear Mr,

A big thank you for your praise we'll be sure to pass on to our teams !
See you soon !

The setting and view are lovely and it is especially convenient after a performance at the Theatre des Champs Elysees. The service is very good and friendly. The food overall attractively presented and well-prepared. There were a couple of disappointments. The cheese panna cotta amuse bouche was far too gelatinous. Panna cotta should be silky and soft. My wife ordered the sea bass with sweet potato gnocchi and found the fish slightly overcooked and the gnocchi tough and chewy. My breast of veal on the other hand was excellent as was the dessert we shared with mango and passion fruit.
Dear Mr.,

Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us.
We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit to Maison Blanche.
Thank you for your lovely comments that we will inform our entire staff.
We are sorry for your dissapointments.
However, we hope to see you again another time.

Reservation was for 8:30pm and first three courses of a five-course degustation were served by 9:00pm. I had to plead that the next two courses be delayed otherwise the meal would have been complete by 9:10pm! Service fell away dramatically when the restaurant got busy at around 9:30, so much so that staff admitted they had forgotten me - not once, but twice! Disappointing as I had been looking forward to Maison Blanche for my last night in Paris.

The restaurant appears to be nice, the food is tasty and not as expensive as it could be inferred from the comments. Found the menu a bit limited, the food was very tasty, but not exceptional.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower (and the rest of Paris). We tried the 5 course meal and found the food to be good. It looked very pretty, but a lot of the food was rather strange/weird for even a fancy restaurant.

I reserved a table with the view of the Eiffel Tower at night for my man's Birthday and it was all worth it because of that 1000 dollar view. Our welcoming was generous, and our waiter was superb! Very friendly and helpful. Very quick with our service too! Food was delicious, and the dessert was good too. Honestly no complaints. It took a while for the check to come, but was alright because the Eiffel Tower sparkeled every hour. The only thing I was concerned about was confirming it. I never recieved a email that my table was reserved, so I ended up calling to double check everything was a go, which I definitely suggest to do that if you try booking! All in all a fantastic and magical night, when I come back I will definitely go again.

Nice welcome and food. After finishing dessert we had no service for 45 minutes and dessert dish didn't get cleared. Had to go to reception and wait for the bill which was still delayed. I complained to the waiter about the service and he aggressively responded - 'what do you want me to do about it'? no apology or anything. Overall thoroughly disappointed after what was supposed to be a lovely romantic meal. will be contacting the restaurant in person. Don't go here if you're British.
