The staff were excellent and the food was good. The ambience was spoiled by it being cold. Doors to the outside were constantly being opened letting cold winds in and the heating was insufficient.

1 waitress on duty, who was as she explained new to the role We waited over 30 minutes for our cooked food order only to see other guests who had only been waiting 10 minutes being served No meaningful explanation was forthcoming when we asked why this had occurred, we left the restaurant without having received our cooked food. To be totally fair and honest concerning this review, I have to also state we were not charged for the cold food and beverages we had had

Chose this restaurant as it is close to the AO arena. Absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and the staff were all so friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be back! Thank you x

Called in in way too AO for gig. Pleasantly suprised. Greeted immediately and kept sane waiter through dinner which is often rare, service really good and food very nice. Works defo come again when visiting arena

Good service. Food generally good, both enjoyed our starters however slightly let down on the tiger prawn linguine because although the dish was deliciously tasty the pasta was over cooked. Gin and tonics at the bar disappointingly tasted of gin and soda.

Food tastes amazing at this place. Poor guy was rushed off his feet but maintained his cheery and calm disposition. An asset to the team. Kieran I think he was called. Hope he got to keep the whole tip that we left for him.

Stylish decor, nice atmosphere, good air con. Nice and attentive staff. Lovely toilets. Food okay but very overpriced for the quality. Drinks very good.

Restaurant is part of the Indigo Hotel & is well located for Victoria Station & the AO Arena. Not a wide choice of menu but what we had was good & reasonably priced & service was friendly & efficient.

Great location and nice food let down by disorganised chaotic staff! Three of our party had finished their meal and the fourth had not yet been served! No offer of drinks when we sat down, Saying that, the supervisor handled our complaint satisfactorily.

Everything fine until it come to payment. I hadn’t noticed that 10% had been included in the bill, and asked our waitress to add a 10% tip, which she did. After payment I noticed this and mentioned it to our waitress. Rather than offer to cancel the charge and repay using the correct amount she allowed us to pay the 10% tip twice. Very shoddy in my opinion. Won’t be returning.

It was ok, mini bite bangers were fab mains were good, could have gone with more gravy but that’s me. Be careful where you sit, some tables get the draught from the entrance and can be cold.

Staff were really welcoming, dead quick to get drinks orders. Best steak and ale pie we've ever had. Great cocktails!! Nice to be able to see the kitchen, all looked very clean and tidy. Would recommend

Food arrived wrong, cold and really late. Not enough staff, only 2 in the kitchen. Don't go if you are a steak lover, presentation of the plate to study again and again. Ambient is nice.
