Exciting and tempting variety of the menu. Took the Wagyu and asked for at least 250g of it and surprised that I was seeved 350g, that cost me 105£, and it was served with nothing. I though it would automatically come with a side dish and but nothing came with it and the waiter did not question that possibility. so I shared the side dish of the person I was with. thw rest was good and peefect. Interesting wine list, I tried the Hambre de tierras, a really good choice of a wine. There a good welcome at the entrance, service is good, luxury ambiance. There was few dessert options but I did not have a sweet tooth that evening. We came back for the second time and had a great dinner.

The food was beyond our imagination - such a delicious find!!! We look forward to returning before our holiday ends, so many dishes we still want to try! The suckling lamb was perfection.

We visited Mamut Asador Contemporáneo for our Christmas dinner as a family of three, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The steak, which should have been the highlight of the meal, was cold and undercooked when it arrived. When we brought this to the waiter’s attention, they offered to “throw it back on the flame.” The result? A hot crust but a still-cold and raw center. This was completely unacceptable, especially given the reputation of the place. Additionally, the menu was extremely limited due to the holiday, with only a few main courses available. This might have been understandable if we had been informed at the time of making the reservation, but we weren’t, leaving us feeling blindsided. Overall, the food, service, and lack of transparency made this an incredibly disappointing Christmas dinner. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting quality or professionalism.

Completely unrelated to our visit, we had to leave after our (delicious) starters as I had a panic attack. The restaurant were very understanding and packed our mains into takeaway boxes (although we had the option to cancel) which we ate in our hotel room a little later and was still absolutely delicious. Really appreciated. We will be here again next time when I will hopefully make it through the evening to enjoy the excellent service first hand
