I had seen, promoted on their website the ‘Sharing Platter’ . On arrival we were told this is only available in the evening when preordered. This was a surprise birthday lunch so I was not aware what my guests would want to order. No where on their website states this or that any of their specials have to be preordered.
The staff then discussed if they could do this for us on this occasion. When we were told yes, none of the waiters knew what this consisted of., I had to tell them.
On their website it says with popular starters and bite sized desserts. While trying to sort out side dishes and let them check what the sharing platter consisted of , one of my guests received his meal ! While we were still trying to order.
It was a totally unsatisfactory experience. Made worse when the manager kept repeating you had to preorder, even after saying they could give us the sharing platter.
If this is new to the menu , please inform staff before advertising on your website.

Great food and it was a quiet bank holiday so it wasn’t too busy. The only problem is no one ever picks up the phone. I called several times 2/3 hours before my arrival and no one picked up.

Not great on that part but everything else was good.

Was absolutely disappointing, could not have wasted more time on that time you call a restaurant, would have been able to spend better money on McDonald’s than manhattan grill, the food was stale and raw, I asked for medium rare, and then shortly after, they served up a more than well done order. Real statement they’re making in terms of how bad the chef sucks. I’m real impressed at how bad of an attitude he could hold towards us the entire time we were dining there
