We love going to Manuka Steakhouse. The staff are always friendly and polite. The food is always delicious. A good selection of other meals available too.

Absolutely horrible and very disappointing. We were rushed, even though it was almost empty. Food was tasteless. I had been looking forward to ribs all day, they didn't have any left apparently. They hadn't been open for long. Would not recommend this place at all

After an amazing meal a year ago, Manuka Steakhouse was a must visit when we returned to Canberra. Food was just as amazing as it was last time. We will look forward to out next visit!

The steak was great, the service was quick and we got the best seats. The steak was made in best size so that the meat was perfectly grilled. Surely will bring our guests back again

Great food, with good variety on the menu. Service was really good also. Meals are well made and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our visit, and will definitely go back.

I was a little disappointed with our night out. We were really looking forward to a lovely night out. Regrettably the food, while okay was NOT outstanding. The steak was thin and gristly. I specifically ordered a New York cut and was hoping for a lovely charcoal steak and quite excited at finding this restaurant. The service was excellent - too good in fact. We arrived at 6pm and was out of the restaurant at 6.30pm having ordered and eaten our meal. I don't expect to be back in Canberra anytime soon and will give this restaurant a wide birth. We ended up going to another Restaurant for dessert and to finish off our night out.

The website makes the restaurant look like a fancy steakhouse however the restaurant itself looks more like a takeaway shop to be honest, it was quite old and the atmosphere was not what you would expect or a steakhouse. The steaks that were ordered were over cooked (medium rare was medium medium was well done ect) my chicken shish was really good but overall did not live up the hype at all. The staff were also not very welcoming either, and when the food was brought out we weren’t told what was what and when we asked we were told the steak was “beef” ???? 4/10 experience overall if you don’t order the steaks

We had made a booking for 7pm. The restaurant manager had sent us a message saying it would need to be 8pm through the Fork app but we never got it and turned up at 7pm. They were so accommodating on an already busy night and still found is a great table! The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious too. If we were locals, we'd be back!

Family friendly restaurant with kids meal options. Most meals were great, we especially liked the garlic mash and sweet potato fries. Was disappointed with the NY cut steak and vegetables - ove definitely had better at a pub and paid half the price. I was surprised to pay extra for the sauce to accompany the steak - we chose the red wine jus which was just so so. Asked for it on the side and I'd say there was about 50ml of sauce. $5 for sauce was hardly good value but the steak would have been too bland without it. Based on the menu prices I did expect a more upmarket style of vegetable but they were steamed just like you'd do at home, no seasoning, butter or sauce so very very basic and disappointing for $39.50. On a positive note, the slow cooked ribs $36.50 were perfect, meat fell off the bone and were very flavoursome. The chicken snitzel $22.50 wth salad and fries was great, a really good size meal for an adult/older teen or younger children to share and represented very good value. Kids meal sausages and mash $12.50 was great and our daughter loved the mash she was only disappointed it was presented with a gravy for the sausages and that this was not even an option order as an extra. This review may seem picky but we did enjoy 3 out of 4 meals and would eat here again. The service was excellent, attentive and polite which was impressive given how busy they were.

Ordered surf and turf for myself and partner ordered ribeye both cooked to what we asked perfectly. Service quick and easy. Only issue is restaurant is quite small and feels cluttered, Booked in middle of winter. Would suite better in summer time as there's outside seats.
