10/10One of the greatest one star restaurant we’ve ever eaten at… and we do a lot of them… probably the best price quality ratio in Europe !! And even if we don’t talk about price, exceptional food… to do and redo again, best restaurant in Palma hands down

7.5/10We had high hopes for this restaurant, as it was our first Michelin star tasting experience. Unfortunately, while the food mostly matched the expectation, the hospitality was not as high standard. While nothing was terrible, there wasn’t any moment that felt special either. The timing sometimes felt rushed, other times we were wondering where our server went. A glass of water was spilled on my wife and while that is an understandable mistake, I was somewhat surprised it happened in the first place, because mistakes like that don't happen when the service is purposeful and methodical. Additionally, other than some promptly provided napkins, not much was done to remedy this accident. As for the food. We did the 10 course dinner with the wine pairing. The courses followed a lovely balance between familiar and comfortable, and innovative and adventurous. The snacks were all bite sized homages to true local food, and had so much heart in them. They included one of my favorite bites of the evening. However, as with many courses, there was a surprising lack of innovation to adapt to a dietary restriction. The starting courses were refreshing and delightful. A shrimp bisque ice cream was absolutely not expected to be one of my favorites, but the dish was perfectly balanced, and conversed beautifully with the wine pairing. The mains were undeniably delicious. The sea bass, and the following lamb course were perfectly cooked, and the only note I have would be to use different plates for the lamb course so that none of that delicious sauce is lost to those divet textures. Overall, this was not a bad dining experience! I would almost say it was worth the price as well. I’m sad to say it was just missing something, which left us feeling a bit disappointed.

10/10We had a nice evening with friends. Nice place, great food, very nice and fun service. Righ price, but you are preparing for that. However I find a Glas of dessert wine for 90 euros very exaggerated.

I'm a little worried that there might be some confusion regarding the price of a glass of dessert wine. I think this price was for one complete wine degustacion (6-7 glasses) for the whole menu. 8.5/10Food - superb. Service - less so. Not at the level expected for a restaurant of this standing. One example, service was very slow particularly at the beginning and end of the meal. We had been seated for over 40 minutes before we got a chance to order a bottle of wine. The wait between the last few courses was excessive, we ended up asking if the last course could be served and we had to miss coffee. In total we were over 4 hours and the delays towards the end did take the shine off what should have been an excellent evening.

8.5/10Excellent and tasty food, perfectly served! But, we were placed alone in the darkest room, and sometimes it felt we were forgotten…. The coffee didn’t turn up and we had to look after the staff in order to pay.

8/10We really enjoyed our meal, the menu was well balanced and creative…some dishes were truly outstanding (the eel ice cream was beyond delicious!), the sommelier really listened and gave us well informed interesting suggestions that we thoroughly enjoyed. The service seemed understaffed. We ended up pouring our own wine. But the restaurant was jammed so we didn’t mind. What ultimately disappointed me was being asked for a tip at the end of the meal ….they put me on the spot in front of my guests, insisting I do the addition in my head after a boozy meal. Most uncomfortable and unexpected. It was the only time in my two weeks in Mallorca that any restaurant asked for this. When I said I had been told service is included in the price in Spain he answered “not here”. I left a big tip but soured me on the whole evening. I won’t return and won’t recommend

10/10Well deserving of its reputation as the best restaurant on Mallorca. Fabulous food, each course beautifully presented and a subject of wonder. Nicely paced, expert staff and relaxed atmosphere in fabulous building. Head chef toured the tables throughout and was wonderfully approachable. Truly memorable and for the quality very good value

10/10Very nice upscale restaurant. The food sometimes takes us out of our comfort zone (ex pigeon, eel, etc ) but allows us to make great discoveries. Everything was excellent, super presentation. Service was impeccable. Recommend wine pairing to fully enjoy the experience. We also had the chance to chat with the chef since he moves from table to table. Strongly recommend if you can afford the experience.

10/10So grateful that we could get a reservation while were visiting Palma. Incredible experience. Go for the wine pairing - the sommelier is wonderful! The experience overall was polished, thoughtful, and DELICIOUS. A wonderful representation of Mallorcan food and wine. The staff are also incredible, and they work hard to ensure that the experience is top notch.

4.5/10I was our second time in your restaurant and from our last time we expected even more or at least the same but unfortunately that’s not what happened. There was a hair in the food and the plates wasn’t clean. We did get an apology but we think that you should have given us a refund/discharge from our bill ore at least given us the coffe or a bottle of wine for your mistakes. 10/10+2no surprise. marc fosh had all the combination of the perfect restaurant from the environment, to the staff, and most certainly, the food. you’d think that small portions will keep you hungry but after 3 of 5 courses, i was done—and i’m a foodie. can’t go wrong with the food but glad i got both the fowl and cod from the prix fixe lunch menu—it was heavenly. highly recommended for foodies or people who just like good food and service.

6.5/10I specifically asked in writting NOT to have a place on the terrace but to give us to coolest table available. They gave us a place on the terrace since according to them the temperature there was the same as anywhere else in the restaurant; which wasn't the case of course. We came from Port d'Alcudia (65km norht). What is the purpose of a request, if it totally ignored and it affects negatively the experience of what usually is a very good lunch.

10/10The reputation more than lived up to the experience. We adored the entire experience. Each course was an artistic creation. Every raste was an explosion of flavours that complimented each other!
