Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill - Chester

Dinner was amazing, service was amazing and very please, one of the best steak i have had for a while.

The food was very good as usual. Jack and Alex front of house were excellent.

Enjoyed the afternoon tea however service was poor. No one asked how the afternoon tea was, no one one asked if We would like anymore drink and we had to find a waitress to pay the bill. Not the kind of service you would expert in Marco Pierre White’s restaurants

We had afternoon tea with prosseco. It was really excellent. .The staff really welcoming and helpful.

Excellent food, service, staff and what a lovely location. We were bought the afternoon tea as a Christmas gift but mistakenly thought we could use any Marco Pierre White restaurant soo we booked Hilton Doubletree - Chester. A genuine mix up by us resulted in staff going out of their way to accommodate, from Christina the waitress to her manager we were able to enjoy the most beautiful tea. Thankyou is not enough but THANK YOU!

Was lovely really enjoyed it would have been better with more variety of deserts not just one cake cut in half and maybe little quiches etc not much variety at all service was nice restaurant was beautiful

Great restaurant and ambience and lovely friendly and efficient staff.

Christina was very attentive. My mum has a few allergies and my sister is Vegetarian she went and checked with the chef about the food they were going to order. The meal that my sister ordered had too much garlic and tomoto in and could not eat it, Christina was very apologetic and refunded it off our bill and tried to replace it but my sister declined. Keep up the great work Christina and smile more.

Food was superb but unfortunately we felt the service was a little disappointing. The waiting on staff were young and inexperienced and made a few mistakes. Didn’t know the menu or wine list well enough and ordering was slow: we asked for dessert menus which we received but then no one came to take our order so we didn’t bother: Shane as it’s a great setting and we couldn’t fault the food. Only thing I’d say about the dessert menu though was it wasn’t great and the cheese options were not good. Starters and main were faultless and steaks cooked to perfection.

The swordfish was cooked perfectly.

Lovely interior and restaurant. Our waitress was great, not sure of her name as she wasn’t wearing a badge, if we asked her something and she didn’t know she asked the chef. I asked my steak medium to well done, when it came out it was warm and very pink. So was disappointed with the main meal. the starter of Scotch Egg was divine and their take on millionaires shortbread was very clever.

The food was excellent and although the staff were very pleasant on this occasion they were not very attentive and we had to ask for out first drinks as they weren’t brought, got our food before they came and also trying to get the bill proved timely, I have visited this restaurant several times and not had issues but it was a bit disappointing on this occasion. Won’t stop me revisiting
