9.5/10Very cool food adventure exploring the roots of Cadiz -Spanish seafood. Delicious, delicate and exquisite journey through a history of family-based tastes. Showcased traditional flavours with a highly creative interpretation. Just loved the flavours, the exceptional presentation and faultless service. Wine pairing was perfect. A must do restaurant when visiting Cadiz.
