Service is exemplary. The food tries to hard to be unique & the portions are small. Food quality was good.

We chose the long tasting menu for the occasion with the wine pairing. Let’s start with the positive, the food was beautiful, yes portions are a little on the small side as per some reviews. However it is a tasting menu and we expected that, there were 11 dishes, plenty for the evening. Setting of the restaurant is beautiful and very intimate. The area of improvement we thought was the service. At the beginning of the evening, our dishes were coming quicker than our wine pairings. Then as it got busier, the time between dishes became very long and we had reverse with the wine. Don’t let this put you off, as the food is stunning, just setting expectations

We were staying in the Corales Hotel anyway and had booked this for Christmas Day. The staff were fantastic, the food was excellent, the setting was lovely, perfect for a romantic Christmas Day meal. Yes it was expensive but we knew that and the quality of the dishes and the attention to detail were well worth the cost.

The food was excellent but, even for ‘fine dinning’ the courses were small. I agree that quality should exceed quantity but the food taste was special and I was slightly frustrated with the amount of food to taste. Service seemed rushed, we had 8 courses and were in and out in 90 mins, again detracting from the occasion.

Exceptional cuisine worth one Michelin star (although they don’t have any yet). Great selection of wines, and a good sommelier with attention to details. Option to choose between a small and full tasting menu, which is perfect if you want to taste several amazing dishes without having a heavy stomach afterwards. A must to eat here is a foie gras veloutè - absolutely delicious!
