Delicious food, very good sake, great service, wonderful atmosphere in the terrace on the pool. Can be expensive but really a perfect place in Paris
Premium restaurant but it delivers premium experience on every level. So often hotel restaurants charge premium prices but fall down on something, usually atmosphere, but everything here was exceptional.

It was immaculate! Exquisite!
Food was great. Only issue I had was that Mojito Cocktail was really not good. For the 30 euro they charge for it they need to do much better job or not serve it at all.
The food is really excellent and the service very good as well. The only problem was that even though we stated in the reservation that we would like to be in the terrasse that they said that this was not possible . It eventually worked but I think a restaurant of that size should have a booking system which allows an allocation of seats on the terrasse and not some arbitrary selection.

I was in this place many times always with pleasure. But on sushi bar it was the first time and really is perfect, all dishes are delicious!! Great

The staff was very friendly and the food was good but not worth the money. We payed €600 for 5 people and we didn’t have main dishes only had small dishes and 2 desserts.

The food was overall quite good - some highlights were the uni seaweed tacos - unique with excellent uni and Nobu’s classic miso black cod. However, some improvements in the service is needed. The waiter was nice enough but mistakes were made through the night. Wrong kind of water (flat instead of sparkling), took away my chopsticks before I was done eating, and I had no uni in my temaki (had to send that back and they said oops we forgot but I think the waiter misordered and I got umeboshi instead) - So good food but service needs improvement
