If you don't know Japanese food and wish to try in a very safe way and pay a fortune for the experience then go to Matte. It's pretentious, above average food but almost nothing like an authentic Japanese restaurant or experience.

O melhor restaurante de comida japonesa. Menu degustação, obra do chefe Habner Gomes tem de ser experimentado é repetido. O serviço é excelente. Recomendo que comam ao balcão.

Unexpected gem in Lisbon. Fábio was amazing by creating our own menu “omakase” style and the experience completely exceeded our expectations as one of the best Japanese cuisine experiences in a long time.

Fiz 400 quilómetros para jantar neste restaurante e foi uma experiência incrível, aceitámos a sugestão do chefe que nos fez uma viagem de degustação fabulosa! Fomos atendidos por uma equipa atenciosa e muito dedicados ao melhor atendimento e com valores humanos muito evidentes tanto no relacionamento entre os clientes e a equipa.
