The service was fast and good but the food lacked seasoning, we had to add salt and pepper to both our plates. And without that it would have been almost tasteless

They didn't want to apply the discount, we had to insist them and we also had to show the booking confirmation mail for them to believe us. Despite it, they also included 15% tip in the bill, no matter if they deserved it or not.
