I was really excited about this restaurant as they advertise freshly made pasta which is something that anyone who loves pasta will love! The welcome was really great - I was on my own and they had a table reserved for me which was nice. Sadly this is where the good experience stopped. The waiter that I had - an older gentleman was not interested - once he had taken my order - he ignored me completly for the rest of the dinner. I tried to get his attention to order more drinks but was blanked. It took 20 minutes to bring the bill to the table and he simply dropped his tablet and turned and walked away. No explanation as to what I should have done or anything. Eventually the hostess came over and was confused around why the tablet was there. The food was served piping hot - but it lacked flavour and the cheese was gloopy. I’m very disappointed and would never go back to any of their branches.

Surprising good quality for a franchising restaurant concept. Excellent carpaccio and risotti. Pizza is presented as ‘la vera’. Worth a visit. Recommend sharing different meals

A lovely restaurant with modern decor and cosy atmosphere. The menu has a wide selection of dishes to choose from and the food is tasty with generous portions.

We were here for a family meal. The place as a lovely ambience with just the right music and although there were many people we could all talk to each other. The food was perfect. Lots of genuine and well mixed flavors made it complete. Also, everyone was very nice. The space wit’s beautiful light made the food even yummier. Definitely a place to return to..

This is a great place for a family with kids. The service was good overall and the restaurant was very clean and modern. The waitress spoke fairly good English, which was helpful to us as we do not know Portugese. I had read a review earlier about the Sangria being expensive and it was a bit but was good. There was a band playing outside the restaurant that was a bit loud but overall an enjoyable evening. With that said, we made a reservation on The Fork and they did not seem to have record of it although we were able to be seated without a wait.

The food was good, the white wine sangria was excellent and the service was very good.
