Do planalto transmontano e da Baviera até Telheiras Um espaço recente localizado no Jardim dos Ulmeiros, em Telheiras, cujo interior foi desenhado a pensar no bem-estar dos convidados, recorrendo a materiais sustentáveis na sua constituição. Foram reciclados cortiça, canas e frascos de vidro, sendo que a cal e terra crua criam o ambiente extremamente acolhedor.
