I have been going there for years. Last night I was with a friend who had not been before (and was treating me to dinner). I have not previously ordered starters, however he did, and we enjoyed them. The lamb shish was perfect. Also he ordered wine ( I have not previously enjoyed Turkish wine) and it was delicious (DiREN Collection OKUZGOZU Dry Red). Excellent staff who always make me feel very welcome.

Nice greeting by friendly staff upon arrival. Large restaurant but we were directed into a very small area of 4 tables, all squashed together. Had to overhear the conversation of 2 other tables whilst eating, yet we could have been spread out elsewhere within this spacious restaurant. When ordering we asked if there were any complimentary dips whilst awaiting our order. We were told 'no'. However, they did bring a dish of olives and a couple of dips despite stating they didn't. We ordered mixed shish. The meat was very nice but lacked flavour. The salad was small and the rice was completely bland. Very unlike other Turkish restaurants we have visited. If the staff had come to the table to enquire whether we were enjoying the meal, at that time, we would have told them it was disappointing. They didn't ask, hence my very public review. I wouldn't return as there are many Turkish restaurants where the food is much better and costs less. Also there was absolutely no atmosphere.
