4.5/10Service was incredibly slow, Taking more than 20 minutes before they took our drink order. The menu choices were definitely not reflective of a French Bistro. The food when it arrived, was cold, some over cooked some undercooked - We had taken clients there and were a bit embarrassed to have taken them to a venue that was not at a standard we'd have expected from the reviews online.

9/10We were here with a baby. They were very kind with all the requests for the baby. We took meat dishes and a salad. The salad was very good, but we were impressed by the meat, it was really tender, perfectly cooked! I also loved the dessert. So for me this place is ok. We used a discount for the dinner and it was really convenient.

7/10We visited Lyon as a family for one night and pre-booked this restaurant based on the Fork reviews and a discount incentive offered at 7pm on 14/02. We were disappointed to arrive at the restaurant to be told our only option was a 49 euro per head set Valentine’s Day menu - no a la carte available (which is what the discount applied to, not set menus). We had not budgeted for a 250 Euro meal plus drinks for my husband and I plus 3 teenagers so said to the restaurant we’d need to go elsewhere. As a compromise they offered us the chance to order individual items from the set menu but these were billed at full price at end of the meal and I had to have an embarrassing conversation about honouring the Fork discount we’d booked with. Reluctantly the restaurant honoured the offer but the whole experience sadly spoilt our meal. First negative experience with The Fork :(
