It is quite expensive, we were given a £150 voucher and expected it to cover two visits but we’ll have to put towards the next visit by about £25. And that is entrees, no starters, no sweets - just main courses and two drinks each. The food was a bit cool, I like mine piping hot. I should have said something.

Cosy atmosphere yet still a classy restaurant. Food was fantastic. 4 of us ate different things from menu and every dish was a 10. My husband was very pleased with his birthday meal there. The waiter Dillon was lovely and made all the difference to how we felt. Will highly recommend.

We like to go to Miller & Carter in Parkhead (Sheffield) from time to time for a steak. Its easily accessible from our home (about 15 minute drive), has disabled parking a short walk from the door. Today my wife had the fillet steak (on the rare side of medium rare!) from the Rare Treat set menu, and I had a rump steak (medium rare). Both cooked as ordered and seasoned nicely. My rump steak had just a little sinew and grisel, which is unusual at Miller & Carter. Not enough to complain about. Service was friendly, if a little slow (it was quite busy when we arrived). Finished off with a delicious Belgian double Chocolate Brownie... Prices had increased a bit since we were there in November last year, but the "Come back for £10 off" voucher we had took the edge off!
