Dinning experience amazing, our last visit was in 2018. I booked online just minutes before we arrived at the restaurant and were directed to our table minutes after our arrivial. The Restaurant had a homely atmosphere and warm, decorated in the festive season. The Waitress was very friendly and adhered to our every needs, the food was very flavoursome, served hot, the portions were a good size and good value for money. The only let down and disappointment was the paper tissues/napkins, this restaurant is part of "Miller & Carter" chain well known for high standards and good quality food, so the napkins didn't match.

My husband & I booked a table for 4 of us. My best friend & her husband. It was their first visit, we had been telling them how wonderful the food & atmosphere was. Thankfully we weren’t disappointed, the food was amazing & the service was brilliant. We had a waitress named Amanda, nothing was too much trouble for her! We will all definitely be back!

Not been there for 3yrs, I felt it wasn’t as good to be honest it desperately needs an update drink menus sticky, tables too close, food was ok but remember it being better and hotter.

Arriving 6.00 it was not busy but we waited a long time from waiting for our drink to receiving our desserts. 3 adults and two children only having one drink each ( only lemonade, no other choices ie; sprite etc). No starter, only one Dessert from main menu yet the bill was £119 ! Not good value.

We were a party of 5 celebrating my birthday, my son is registered blind so we requested a table that had plenty of light hoping for a seat in the window, we mentioned this on arrival but were told this wasn’t possible which disappointed me as I had made the booking in advance. I have no complaints about the meals as we all enjoyed our food and the waiter was excellent.

Starter cluck duck wings good. Ribeye steak med excellent. Don’t eat pudding. Service excellent. I ate a Boldmere restaurant January I had a fall slipped on wooden floor hurt my foot badly bruised and hurt to walk for two weeks. Manager took my details for accident form never heard back, I rang several times but no one ever called back. So that was disappointing.

The steaks are to die for. I had mine well done and my husband had his rare they were spot on The only down side we were put next to a table of 8 with unruly kids very noisy we would have liked to have been seated in the tables for 2 area

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a delicious meal. I had the slow cooked rib of beef and he had the lamb. Both were extremely tasty. We just felt the food could have been hotter The service we received was excellent and overall the dining experience was lovely, enjoying watching the swans and ducks on the lake being an added bonus.
