About the restaurant Minabo

"Minabo restaurant was established in Chamberí to introduce Japanese-Latin fusion. Ten years later, it continues to remain a benchmark of quality. The place is originally decorated, transforming the Eastern tradition with red tones that give it warmth to the environment.

In the kitchen, the mixture gives rise to dishes like LA 69 or the temakis, always with careful presentation as the element in common.

Minabo clientele ranges from young people in search of a modern atmosphere to elderly people who have just discovered new flavors. The restaurant is also a favorite place of numerous personalities from the world of culture."

I was lucky to have been able to make a reservation for two just a few hours before dinner as the restaurant quickly filled up on a Saturday night! We enjoyed its Zen-like atmosphere and its beautifully displayed sushi, tartares and makis. Savouring a hint of lime zest or truffle oil gave these otherwise classic dishes an innovative twist. To be added onto my list of favorite restaurants in Madrid.
