Bad waitress who gave us dirty cutlery, that were taken back without even an apology, who brought main course before appetizers and then took it back to keep it in the oven only to make the schnitzel from crust from crispy to like soaked bread and the rice chips of the steak unbeatable. We paid 90€ per person with a class of wine when the quality of the food was for €30 or less. The waitress even gave me to taste of the wine from the bottom of an empty bottle and opened another one to serve me. In the end she even asked for tips! The deserts and especially the lava cake were like from a bakery waiting for me for ours. The appetizers and the polite waiters at the reception were the only positive

The restaurant is in the Sheraton Grand. So, it is a little corporate and not as homey or traditional cultural for the area. It was a dinner before a scheduled concert for most everyone. There were 80 or more people arrived at the same time(6PM) for the dinner and Concert (8PM) package. The food was excellent. We were one of the last to order but they are efficient and the restaurant does this regularly and has it down to the schedule and everyone had dinner and got to the concert on time in the Palace. We had SEPARATE reservations than the package and after a little confusion, they gave us a different menu. The package is a menu Fixed price (3 choices. We had the regular menu that had more choices and possiblly higher prices. The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. I recommend the Venison, or the Boar Goulash. Both very good. A full selection of wines and breads were available and delisious.

The restaurant description is not accurate as in the reality is. It’s not really a restaurant but few tables on a terrace inside the Sheraton . The variety of food is different from menu published. Beef tartare was good enough but vegetables lasagna was not at all cause the veggies were not cooked enough

Very nice and mindful waitress. Air conditioning was quite cold. Frid*ex was an interesting experience, but I wouldn't book it again.

The Personal was very friendly and caring nonstop about our wishes. The food was excellent with a big choice. We get full in big Portions and totally statisfait in an christmas colours atmosphere Restaurant.

The food was good but it was a Saturday night and service was slow because the staff was overwhelmed. We felt sorry for them. At times they were literally running through the restaurant.

Very slow service took over an hour for entree to come out and then the food wasn’t cooked as requested. We both ordered the lamb medium rare and it arrived well done. You got very little lamb for the amount paid. Really disappointing
