Food choices are not various enough but really good ! The fish is delicious. We appreciate particularly the nice environment and very warm service ! I highly recommend !

The food at Mojgan was very nice and a pleasant break from the rich, french cuisine we had been eating on our trip. We especially enjoyed the appetizers (eggplant, taziki-like dip, chicken salad) and the duck entree. The wine was nicely chosen, and our wonderful server (I believe the owner of restaurant) made us fantastic champagne / pomegranate cocktails after dinner! The service is what really stood out here! Our group did not speak French, and the owner guided us item by item through the menu in detail! It was so helpful and kind! The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, in an old carriage house with exposed stone interior. The music was jazzy and cool, and we even got some live piano music at the end of the evening when another guest hopped on the piano! It was a great place to bring a group, as they were able to easily accommodate our party of 8 for a day-of reservation during a busy weekend!

Excellent food, extremely well paired wine, service was good despite them being a server down the night we were there.

A hidden gem in Lyon! A new, bright, and tastefully decorated restaurant that was both welcoming and romantic. The restaurant is run by a married couple, the husband runs the front of the house, and his wife is the chef. The food was delicious and presented very well. Each dish was explained in detail as regards to spices and the history behind it from Iran. Kudos to the chef for a wonderful meal! The gentleman serving us was friendly and attentive, and easy to converse with.
