What a surprise! Wonderfully restored and re-imagined 1949 olive oil mill works... beautiful, thoughtful spaces for cocktails, cooking classes, special events, a garden! Absolutely terrific. As was the dynamite concierge and serving staff. The excellent food most definitely held its own amid all the visual splendor. A sensational find!
