Nada que ver con el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Nueva York, con el que este restaurante de aire moderno y minimalista no comparte más que el nombre. Porque Moma hace bandera de los mejores pescados y mariscos, de unas carnes seleccionadas con mimo y de una materia prima de gran nivel para dar forma a platos emblemáticos de la cocina española y la vasca. Todo un deleite para los sentidos, para los paladares amantes de la buena mesa, y para todos aquellos que busquen una gastronomía tradicional sin sorpresas, resuelta de forma impecable, con una serie de platos que entran, antes que nada, por los ojos.

Es el caso de una merluza gallega tiernísima, acompañada de tirabeques, o un tataki de atún rojo con arroz venere y sweet wasabi, un buen ejemplo de los constantes guiños a la cocina internacional que encontramos en una carta siempre atenta al producto de temporada. De hecho, aquí encontramos desde un rabo de toro a la sevillana a un tartar de salmón, arroces, y un apartado de sugerencias del chef que nunca hay que dejar escapar. Tienen, además, un solvente menú de mediodía, una carta de vinos interesante, una tele para ver el fútbol, ostras, cava, sentido del humor a raudales y... ¿se puede pedir más?

    The carrot cake was too frozen for me. The tuna tataki as well too cold. The quality of the food in general good.

    Some interesting sounding dishes & some nice flavours but more attention needed to the actual cooking. A couple of our starters were cold in the middle & one was so undercooked that we sent it back. The gyoza didn't look appetising, as if they were put into a pan that was too cold. On our mains some of the accompaniments were overcooked and a bit too crispy & slightly singed around the edges. In one dish we expected lovely truffle over eggs but instead we had truffle flavoured filling, maybe potato? in slightly dry crispy dumpling? pierogi?

    Service was excellent, and food was great. We enjoyed a selection of starters (I think almost all of them) and were were happy with all the dishes. It was a colleague's birthday, and they brought us a nice desert with a candle as well, so we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much and we hope to visit again.

    Good selection on menu which was hard to choose from. Decided to go back a second time so that we can try other options. Well presented food which was extremely tasty. Highly recommend the hake and the carrot cake. A menu was available in English .
