    "Connecting the streets Chueca with Gran Vía, calle Libertad is in those places that hold lots of good times. One of those good moments is in the Momo restaurant, where the cuisine is still capable of surprise without using NASA technology.

    Its Spanish-based cuisine is, above all, a declaration of love for the fusion. They use the best of each continent to create an extensive, amusing, and different menu in which you can find, for example, the Almadrote (a Sephardic eggplant cake); salmon with mango Ceviche; or grilled chicken marinated in soy, ginger and lemon.

    Food was interesting if not a little confused. Fusion food always has it limitations and if too many borders are crossed you end up with a meal which lacks its original roots. Staff laid back and friendly. Wine good and very reasonably priced.

    It was easy to reserve on your website though we didn’t have a phone number here, or email access today. Our experience was a positive as I read about on a blog on line. The two soups were hot and delicious. The menu del Dia was such great value. Thank you.
