Hobart, you're one lucky duck!
Tassie is known for its excellent produce and quality dining scene, so it's no surprise that Monsoon Thai Fusion is tip top. As the name suggests, the cuisine is a fantastic fusion of dishes and techniques from all over the world. The decor is contemporary and seriously quirky, making it a fun space in which to dine. Get around their mini sour dough duck rolls - a must try dish - or sample their signature Midlands lamb cutlets with herbs, Thai spices, salad and rice. The prices kind, the service is five star and the food is excellent - it's hard not to love this place.
Best Dish: wild Tasmanian honey ribs.
