The restaurant did not honor the reservation. They send an offline message in "German" while we were tourists. But even in that they specifically said the kitchen will close at 7:30 and the restaurant will close at 8p. So they asked if we can come earlier. So we ended up in the restaurant at 7p. But the guy who received said the kitchen closes at 7p. I showed him the message I got and he said, sorry we close at 7p and I can't get you anything.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Leider etwas verbrannten Geruch während des ganzen Essen‘s im Restaurant. Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Service hat nachgegeben. Sieht ob neue Leuten ds sind. Essen korrekt. Wir hatten dies bereits in Oktober 2021 bemerkt. Vieleicht brauchen die Leute mehr Training?

I was under the impression that I could order vegan food here. I even wrote it in my reservation. I got offered rösti and vegetables or salad, until my face told the waitress that wouldn't do. I had to ask about pasta and then got served pasta with tomato sauce and "just cooked" vegetables. The taste was good but I would expect better from Mövenpick. My friends meal was also good but again he expected better from Mövenpick!
