I have not been to the restaurant for about six months, however, I found the reduced menu content pretty disappointing.
Two of the persons in a party of three ordered expresso coffees after the meal and both were luke warm so I had to ask the waiter to replace them.

Very kind reception, attentive and professional service. The Tartare was well seasoned, the pasta with shrimps delicious and well presented, garnished with tomatoes and other fresh ingredients. Try the Malbec. I will come back.

Ordered the Caesar salad with salmon
Salmon was cooked perfect but they had wayyyy too much fatty bacon on salad and too much dressing

I am sorry that your perception of the menu is a limited selection. However i can assure that the menu change seasonally and almost every month there's somenthing new to try. Furthermore, our chef Maglo propose every night a special dish.

Warm welcome and friendly staff but service was very slow. Meal good but portions minuscule (good thing we didn't order the small portions). They could benefit with turning up the heating when the restaurant is so empty, it was quite cold.

The breakfast manager was very very helpful, efficient and kind. The waiters and waitresses should also be commended for their joliness and good service. Their smiles, greetings and the cake with the lighted candle brought joy to our celebrant. Food on the buffet was ok but was expecting something more especial since we are in one of the best hotels in Geneva. The table arrangement could still be improved on to give a better ambience and yes more natural lights but not where one can see people smoking outside. On the whole the breakfast experience was good because of the welcoming attitude of the staff.
