En Barcelona faltaban pizzerías de Matrícula de Honor, hasta que llegó Mucho Pizzería. Y es que esta pizzería es (valga la redundancia), mucho. El tándem formado por Xevi Ramon, panadero de renombre que elabora pan para la alta gastronomía y creador de su propia marca Triticum, y por Jordi Vilà (Alkimia), un chef con estrella Michelin, también es mucho. Juntos elaboran la mejor masa de pizza jamás vista en la ciudad: ingredientes orgánicos, fermentación controlada de 3 días, levadura natural única y exclusiva y con harinas molidas en un molino de piedra propiedad de Triticum. Puedes escoger tu masa entre blanca o integral, tierna, semicrujiente o crujiente. Hay pizzas clásicas y otras más creativas como la de col caramelizada que te dejarán sin palabras. ¡Larga vida!

Superb quality, delicious food, excellent service. Very suitable for families with children. Our favourite dishes - macarrons, yoghurt salad, fungi lover pizza, mil diavolos pizza, muntanya pizza, steak tartar.

Pizzas are amaizing and sharing a tiramisu it's a must, they prepare it in front of you, individually for your table.
Nice little pizza restaurant with very good pizzas, and cosy ambience. The Margherita had generous helpings of mozzarella, and the Montañesa was delicious!
The food and the atmosphere are great. I’ve been here two times before and the service was grea too. But not today, the service was ok, we had a beer thrown over us, and did not have any detail for it. The capresse from there, pizzas and deserts are really good.
If you fancy a super Pizza, nice athmosphere then this is the right place to go. The maccarons amb rostit and the pizza parmiciana are highly recommendable

Eating out at Mucho is a highly recommendable experience. You taste a pizza that’s both the best of the tradition and an adventure into trying ingredients that are not typically used for pizzas. Original, locally inspired, delicious combinations that are delight for the senses. My favorites - Montaña and Fungi Lover.
