We were first to arrive at opening time - it wasnt clear where to park or where the entrance was. We sat outside in abeautiful setting under the trees and later sparkly lights. Service was good, although first drink (cava) came completely flat and without bubbles, but quickly changed. Menu was okay but first three choices, prawn croquetas, the lamb and chicken - they did not have. But we found a range of things to eat and asked for them all to be delivered at the same time - but they came out separately when ready from the kitchen, but that was fine. As the place filled up, the atmosphere was good, lots of families and larger parties of people. - clearly a very popular place with wealthier locals I would say - although our bill was very reasonable for what we had. All in all, a lovely birthday evening meal - but would we rush back there, probably not - its a 40 minute drive for us and we have just as good places to eat in Almunecar - but nice to try somewhere we'd never been before.

Oh Lord we must have tried to find this place at least half a dozen times only to arrive and for it always to be closed - we thought closed down. Took a chance and made an online booking, arrived a tad early and seemed to be the usual story all closed up - until I went into the kitchen & they apologised for having the door closed at 1 minute past 8, my husband was about to give up and never return. Boy was he glad we stayed, the place was wonderful, the food magnificient and the service friendly - we will certainly be back.

Lovely traditional spanish restaurant in an eclectic setting. We sat outside for lunch in the courtyard of the old factory. Great food, good service, only one thing spoiled it, we were beset by flies who like us were enjoying the autumn sunshine,

Very interesting place, great, tasty. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. The eldest son (17 years old) highly appreciated the restaurant.

Had high hopes for this restaurant but we were disappointed. The menu was small with things not available. The steak was tough & chewy. The dessert was like a tasteless slop & looked like it had been thrown onto the plate. The best thing was the wine ….. Service was ok, the waiting staff were friendly.
