9.5/10Only local sustainable products are used by the chef here - very inventive and product- respectful cuisine using delighting sauces. We enjoyed a lot the full menu at 90€ worth to be chosen compared to the shorter menu. Very quiet place on top roof of hotel. A really nice young Italian lady was in charge of our table. She was very helpful explaining the chef’s philosophy. Almost everything they cook comes from their own farm. Highly recommended!

10/10Very nice location on the roof terrace of a hotel. Calm atmosphere with a nice view. Each course of 14 (menu with fewer courses available) are pieces of art and of canarian origin. Also a well curated vine selection. Very good value price relation. We will come back.
