When we booked the reservation, we were not informed that there was no AC, when guests arrived, they were so disappointed because all of them sweating too much and they only had fan which was put on top of the chair.

You are the tour operator who took care of this group, right? You didn't ask about A/C at all. Was it compulsory to tell you? Was it a requirement you ask to any restaurant you book for them? You didn't do your job properly then. FYI, we do have AC but one of our old customer didn't want AC for healthy reason. And it's not Dubai. The weather is cooler down here and indeed they took all the fans and none for the other customers! And make such a fuss just for fans... It's just ridiculous. We took care of your customers with utmost care, they were served prior to anyone else as you asked for special services. It's what we did. Sorry to disappoint because the AC was not on.

Dinner was superb. We did not realise when we booked that the restaurant only did a tasting menu and that the food was a surprise, I.e no menu. The food is delivered and then you speak to the servers after the course about the food, the ingredients, and how they were prepared. We loved this experience. The staff were brilliant and the food was delicious.

This is one of the most enjoyable and delicious meals I have experienced in my life. Every course was exquisite in its preparation and creative with the mix of flavors. The sommelier perfectly paired each dish with a wine that showcased her deep expertise of the region.

Kleines Restaurant mit dafür vielen Tischen, im hinteren Bereich ohne Fenster. Das wäre aber das Einzige, was man evtl. anmerken könnte. Bezaubernder Service. Tolle, kreative und spannende Speisen eingebettet in dem Konzept, dass man zunächst nur seine Sinne hat um herauszufinden, was man gerade isst. Tolles Restaurant- wird von uns unbedingt empfohlen!!!

We went here for our honeymoon meal. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The blind menu was extremely fresh and interesting. We loved trying to decipher the individual ingredients in each dish. They catered for our pescatarian requests without any issue. We had the sake pairing which was very interesting and the staff were very informative. We would highly recommend and will definitely eat there again.

The food,the concept, is brilliant. It is a mystery tour of flavours as you try to work out what your dish is, which hast the effect of steering you to taste your food instead of just eating it. Tops any food experience I have ever had.

fantastic experience! the food was excellent and the sommelier who served us was a highlight. I enjoyed the concept of guessing the ingredients in the food after tasting them. And the wine + sake pairing was delightful.
