Valais cuisine. The oldest and most popular variants typical Valais specialities are served in our National Stübli. The menu is composed of Valais cheese dishes, fondues, local meat and fish specialties. The Chateaubriand - the most classic dish of the house – is made of the best Swiss meat and regional side dishes.

Traditional, rustic, with tempting melting points. Relaxed atmosphere, to unwind - perfect for cold winter evenings.

Fresh, regional and seasonal products are basis of our kitchen. Our providers are, whenever possible, small-scale food producers and mostly not far-off. Situated in the Valais or in other Swiss cantons we maintain close contact with suppliers and producers.
