Our family of 6 dined here whilst staying at Rydges Hotel. We found the menu selection excellent with 4 hungry teenagers but thought it a little pricey. Garlic bread $14 is too expensive. The wait for our meals was also too long, around 1hr for the meals to arrive but as we were having a lovely night it didn’t matter too much. There were two young waitstaff running the bar, tables and room service menu which I felt left diners a little unloved - no offer for more drinks, dessert or anything else. They did a great job though and were really friendly, funny and great at their job, they just needed another person on the floor assisting I felt. The food was excellent, fresh and cooked well with lovely presentation, and the dining area was spacious and inviting- but a little soulless without music. Music would add a great atmosphere. Overall we really enjoyed Nautica - we had a few drinks in the pool bar late afternoon before dinner and it was a really lovely atmosphere outside under the umbrellas. Overall I highly recommend for the food and lovely service with a smile.

Service was prompt and attentive. The food was well cooked and well presented - pub style food. Ambience was good with various zoned areas - not barn- like. Good for families or a cheerful evening meal.

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. Food was tasty and arrived in a timely manner. Cocktails were great, was a pleasant casual setting.

Somewhat regulars every few weeks,the place was busy which is great, but staff seemed to have no leadership. Or idea how to manage Drinks took ages, where forgotten and orders put in wrong not just on our table but on adjoining for example the guy on the next table rejected food that was not for him delivered by the same waitress ! It was almost impossible to capture staffs attention for service short of walking up to the bar. Nautica has a great thing going but the service is letting it down. This is easily fixed with some training and investment in staff by management, which I really hope they do as we would have spent more had we been able to place orders

Amazing food and service, in a comfortable setting! We had a delicious medium rare steak, as well as parma, king prawns and broccoli, with mocktails to pair. Can't recommend Nautica more!

Very good food and excellent service and good prices. The restaurant was very accommodating at short notice and everyone carefully followed all COVID restrictions. Staff should be absolutely commended.

Terrible! Paid 40 dollars and got piece of steak and bowl of chips! No vegetables or options for same! In total ordered 4 steaks and a kids meal disgusting ????
