The staff are friendly but a bit unorganized. The atmosphere is nice. The food was very disappointing. The Bryani felt like it was cooked earlier in the day and then reheated and there was way too much spice (not hot spice just regular Indian spice. The tikka was ok I guess.
The food was good but not amazing. The starter pakoras and lassi we ordered were very ordinary and could easily be made much better and more authentic tasting. The Jawad special rice was nice but overpriced. The aubergine was very nice. The agneau vindaloo was good but just your standard curry paste. And vindaloo is not supposed to be a random thick tomato-cream sauce. Service is friendly and hospitable but once the place fills up it is quite distracted and it is hard to catch anyone's attention.
Great flavours and colours; very good service by Asif!
Very attentive service. We also received a welcome drink AND mango lassi! :)
Nice atmosphere, with friendly and competent waiters. I went for a Naan, a Vind Aloo lamb and a Lassi, which all tasted great. Really a go-to place!
Lovely Indian restaurant, a little off the beaten track but worth making the effort to go. The service was outstanding, very helpful in advising us what to have on the menu and the free drinks before and after the meal was a nice touch.
The food was very good, but the service was better. A number of service organizations could take a lesson from this restaurant. Just the little touches such as an extra after-dinner drink, helping you with your coat, and a handshake upon departure go a LONG way. More Parisian restaurants should treat their patrons in the way we were treated. We felt respected and were left impressed!
Outstanding good, service, and ambience. Will be back for sure, and wholeheartedly recommend to others.
Amazing food, amazing service! Really pleased to find good quality Indian food in Paris. It was nice and spicy as we asked for it, and the wine was delicious as well. Don’t skip the kulfi for dessert!
High recommended. Service is out of this world!
Warm, attentive and professional service, a pleasantly mixed audience and excellent food at very reasonable price. This is a true Parisian gem.
A great experience. Our evening was made perfect with great food, good drinks and up to the mark service combined with excellent attitude.
Brilliant service, brilliant food, very attractive prices. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, will return when in Paris next. 10/10 from Ireland
One of the dishes tasted burnt. They were very insisting on us leaving as soon as possible, slamming the bill on the table without us asking for it.
Excellent food and service.
Good food, average service . Waiter never returned to see how we where doing , we could not ask for another drink nor another dish. So we lost patience and asked for the check.
Excellent service, excellent authentic indian food. Cant ask for more.
Butter chicken, una favola!
