Gaja Barolo was 10/10!!! And our meals were excellent (meatballs for me, steak for my husband). The chef sent us out two complimentary courses. Incredible meal and experience.

The restaurant and food was great. Staff were a little dismissive and lacked the attentiveness we expect from a Michelin Guide restaurant. Food was incredible though - especially the steak!

Recommend by our hotel, Next2 did not disappoint. Amazing food and lovely staff. Tempura squash blossom stuffed with ricotta on a bed of zucchini, Italian rib eye and special pasta of the day with porcini mushrooms. Delicious!

Ordered two glasses of Pinot Grigio, the waiter comes and starts pouring some Italian blend without asking if that was ok, for a Michelin star restaurant this is crazy. The eggplant parm and mixed vegetable salad appetizers were the highlight of the meal. The two pastas ensuing were a major disappointment. The potato pasta was mediocre at best, basically a bowl of liquid cheese with tiny noodles and chewy bits of pork. The tagliolini reminded me of ramen noodles with spinach, very basic. Finally the blu fish entre was so salty we could hardly eat it. I don’t know who they paid to receive their Michelin star but I have had much better food at small hole in the wall restaurants in Naples. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Delightful dinner in an airy courtyard setting. Giovanni took very good care of us and refined our orders with his suggestions. Cocktails were tasty but completely buzz-free ????. If I were to do it again, I’d get a good half / full bottle of wine right from the start. The appetizers, pasta, chicken, and the fish dishes were all excellent. We got the zucchini flowers and the octopus (repurposed as a starter). The chocolate tart is a work of art and a delicacy. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. Expect Michelin pricing. But the quality of the food, and Giovanni’s hospitality made it worth our while.

We went to the restaurant because we had eaten there 8 years ago and loved it then but this time it wasn’t as friendly. The food is still excellent but the wait staff rarely checked on us, we had to ask for our wine glasses to be filled- our bottle was set out of our reach. We waited a unusually long time after our plates were cleared before they offered dessert. It was very busy but it truly felt like we were purposefully ignored.

The wine list is excellent and ambience is very nice. The food was fresh, but lacked fineness and flavors typically found in high level restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. One of the waiters was very inpatient and did not bother to wear a mask while he was constantly coughing and sneezing.

Very very expensive wine list. Poor quality of food, especially that it is guide Michelin recommended. Taste was nothing special, nothing creative at all. We both had pasta and seafood, Ravioli, etc. Food in Italy is way better than that in a common trattoria. Prices around are also much cheaper. Felt like a tourist trap. Sincerely. Only nice service can't make up for average food and basic ambience
