10/10Food excellent - not just sushi and sashimi - excellent bento, ramen and soba. All very fresh - if no fresh fish available, no sushi or sashimi available here - no frozen or okd fish. Service attentive, waiting time readonable for freshly prepared fishes. Been before at lunch time, first time in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed it

4.5/10The place is dirty. The second room it’s just beside the toilette and it smells bad. There’s a very limited amount of choice in the menu. The food is not exceptional like all these reviews seem to show. The service is slow. We had the last surprise at the end of the dinner a bug walking on our table. Disgusting.

10/10Wonderful contemporary Japanese interior design, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitstaff was extremely helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and it was a treat to drink Japanese beer. I would definitely go back!

8.5/10We came as a family to enjoy the meal together. They had english menus to help and they explained the process with the fork discount we had. The service was efficient, but it is France, so spend the time to enjoy a good discussion. Everything was served as promised. If you are looking for typical Japanese restaurant, this is not the place to go. They have a concept focused on bentos (set boxes that change periodically). So you cannot choose exactly what you want. This reduces the decision process but some in our party were looking for specific dishes.

2/10Booked a table there after reading all the good reviews. Disappointing is all I can say-reservation made with the fork and got a discount on the "a la carte", however, it is not true. You are obliged to choose between 3 starters and 3 mains, from which they onky have 2 choices in the end. No row fish, not even on the "normal" menu. Food came first one main, another main, and at the middle on eating our main 1 of the starter appeared on the table. Very early in the evening the 2nd starter was brought as well. Average food, slow service, ok ambience.

8.5/10Busy sat night but very quiet cool attentive , relaxed place authentic japanese cuisine - run by japs - with jap clientele - is always a good sign . Limited menu with bento box varieties being the only choice of Nain course. But came with lots of pickles and Tapas. Next time will have 3 starters ! Enjoyed the jap style panacotte with syrup ginger strawberries . Loved the plum wine on ice ! Recommend quality .... cost us £100 for 5 with drinks .

6/10Sushi seemed to have been prepared a while before and put in the fridge (whole sushi really cold when served). This is however what you'd expect from a bento in Japan that you take away. Just not what I expected from a Japanese restaurant.
