La idea No Kitchen nace del cocinero Juanjo López, dueño de La Tasquita de Enfrente. Maestro en la cocina y capaz de seleccionar el mejor producto allá donde se encuentre, Juanjo llevaba tiempo dándole vueltas a un concepto que a muchos les sonaba a locura: una cocina sin fogones. Un canto a la materia prima dándole un tratamiento sencillo que le aporta el protagonismo que se merece.

Very small portions. Really expensive. Not a good quaility- price relationship.

Its not about the interior, its about food! Evrything was a very good qvality and chef brings all the food by himself, and makes it with love.

This is an unusual, very hard to find restaurant. If you are in the mood for out-of-the-ordinary tapas, and you are an adventurous eater, this is the place for you. If you want a full meal, however, you will be disappointed - and hungry. The menu is very limited, but we liked everything we had. The waitstaff was very helpful and the atmosphere, cheery. What they do with no kitchen is amazing. We'd go back.
