Female team member greeted me when I walked in Ordered drinks L,L&B was perfect, we sat outside on a lovely Autumn public holiday Monday. Young Male was very attentive to our us with our meals as we didnt have any cutlery. We ordered garden salad with halloumi & GF salt & pepper squid, chips with salad, both delicious.

you've listened, the aircon was at a much better level, young female with a pony tail was a delight & made my special cocktail drink at my request, well done.

Air con was so cold, we asked if we could move, male with black rim glasses said he'll turn it off, we waited 15 mins & it wasn't turned down or off, we ended up going outside as it was warmer, When we ordered we were told there is a 20 min wait as they were busy, the meal came out quicker than expected & was delicious Turn the air-conditioning OFF, this is the 3rd time & I haven't complained before but it's ridiculous the siren is blowing cold air & it's not warranted

We came into the Norwood Hotel on a particularly warm night and it was just pearler inside the restaurant, A/C was blasting and the atmopshere was great. We were greeted and served by a young gentleman by the name of Daniel - he was a delight, very polite and respectful and kind towards us all. We enjoyed a delicious meal and a few frothies - was a great night and will definitely return. Thank you Team Norwood Hotel and thank you Daniel for your distinguished customer service.

Great venue for a Thursday before Christmas catch up. It wasn't busy, food came out propmt Tomotoe salad needed more dressing, pan seared pans were tasty & chicken party snitz was great

Fish overcooked nearly burnt. Complained it wasn't nice but got offered a dessert, we opted for a coffee instead. Service by staff was exceptional but the food lets the restaurant down

Jess was lovely, meal cooked perfectly grilled salmon with stir fry vegies & chicken snity with chips & salad. However walking past huge gates was a very strong overbearing smell from your rubbish bins

The staff were very friendly and approachable.The food was good had to wait due to function but we were told earlier which was good to have a good chat and extra drinks which made for a great night.

Flavor in the Guinness stew was well balanced.served with mashed potato …. Could have been improved with either a thickened stew sauce or more mashed potato as much if my sauce was too thin to pick up with a fork, hence Easter

Would like to comment on the staff. They were just lovely - polite and friendly. Food was lovely and good quality. The sticky date pudding for desert was divine and I highly recommend.

Irish beef pie with mash, peas & gravy was yummy. The GF salt & pepper squid, chips & salad was delicious, just cooked perfectly Brooke & Lochie gave great customer service. Thanks Norwood

Food was ok, not great and very slow to come out. One meal was basically cold, the next came out with the wrong sauce and the third was steak ordered medium rare and came out medium to well done but as we had waited about 45 minutes for it and we had time constraints we didn’t complain and ate the meals. I think they were understaffed and just couldn’t cope with the amount of orders they had

Busy Friday night, as Norwood football game was on, was told meal will be 30mins but came out within 15, battered & gf barramundi was delicious. Band was great a good night

This is one of our favourite places to go and eat. The food is amazing for taste and value. Portion sizes are generous. The staff are super friendly and the service outstanding. Go day or night, it will not disappoint.

The food was excellent, albeit smallish portions, but sufficient. The service was poor due to under-staffing we think. We chose steaks for the men and the barramundi for me and drank a bottle of red with it. Good food choices( the steaks were $10 off) and a local place made it perfect for a work day dinner. We will go again.
