Nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere. I really disint appreciate the cousin because my plate and vegetables was full of butter and condiments. Also you can not put mushrooms sauce directly on a stirloin steak but you must serve on the side . Quality of the meat was not excellent in my opinion. Instead the rice and chicken of my father was good like the codfish of my mother (apart for the excess in the seasoning)

Good food but service is very slow nice resturant but the night we were there sat Eve only 3 tables taken plus another left after giving up waiting for waiter to take order.

The food was delicious. The restaurant doesn't get a 9 score because it took too long to serve the food. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed that day.

What a find! This is an amazing restaurant. Family owned and run with fantastic food. Nothing but compliments for O Algar and don’t be put off by the exterior - a must eat and great value. You will not be disappointed.

Again excellent ! We’ve been there for the second time me and my family and the food is amazing ! We tried new dishes and it has been perfect again ! So I can say for sure that all the cart menu is excellent from the entrees to the desert. Meat or fish, all is fresh and well cooked ! I recommend again and again ! I am going back on my next trip to Albufeira!

This table is the place one around Albufeira !! The food is amazing ! The products are fresh and all the meals are made on the moment ! It can take some time but it is worth it ! The deserts are also amazing and super originals ! My first experience in this place was perfect and it will probably not be the last.
