Gostamos muito de toda a experiência, desde o atendimento até aos saborosos hambúrgueres. Logo no início foi-nos explicado detalhadamente como fazer o pedido (através de um QR code que direciona para um link, que é super intuitivo). Os hambúrgueres são fantásticos, com ingredientes de qualidade, e a carne notasse que não é daquele hamburguer prensado e compacto. No entanto, penso que os preços praticados sem o desconto do The Fork são elevados.

Os hambúrgueres eram óptimos e quantidades muito generosas, e o desconto valeu mesmo muito a pena. Ambiente simpático. Pessoal simpático, atencioso. Um bocadinho desorganizado, mas rapidamente resolveram a questão.

The concept of puting the qr code and making your own order without a server is nice when the place is busy, but when it is empty it would more nice to have a more personnal touch in the order and talk to a person. Looking at the hamburgueres, there are nicer and cheaper hamburguers close by. They were enjoyable but not amazing and the meat was not juicy. Overall it was a nice experience.

Nice place to have a office-day lunch, Hamburgers were fine, not excellent. It became a fair price with the 50% discount as it wouldn't worth the full price. The fact that the order is made by the QR code itself is confusing and impersonal, but everything seemed to have worked as expected. Only had one option for dessert, but it was a tasty option. Service is careful and effortful. Drinks are too expensive. We were not molested by the time we used at the table, as other comments complain. Could be back, but only with 50% discount, otherwise it would be too much expensive for what it delivers.

Fui jantar com o meu filho e sobrinho e tivemos direito a um serviço incrível (jovial mas muito atencioso) Perfeito. Ótima comida. Dos melhores hamburgueres de Lisboa.

The food was bad. We ordered ribs and not one but three all of them were hard and dried with fries which were all soft. Nachos which were just chips with no guacamole or beans tomatoes nothing just a little bit of melted hard cheese and burned tiny bacon somewhere. Extreamly bad food.

O Ribs poderia estar melhor temperado. Búfalo wins perfeitas (picantes). Menu kids demasiado pequeno. Só têm 1 vinho tinto e 1 vinho branco, pouca variedade.

The food was amazing! Everything tasted great, and was perfectly cooked to taste. I especially loved the mozerella sticks. We also got a Sangria which tasted so good! It was full of flavour. The only thing that is keeping me from giving the restarant a 10 out of 10 is the speed of service. You order through your mobile and if you need something you call the waiter through your phone. After calling 3 times, about half way through our meal the waiter showed up and we asked for more napkins. We ended up not getting any and finished our meals in the meantime. Other than that, it was a good experience.
