Fawlty Towers in Lille.

Over 2 hours for a two course lunch.

Slow service and they sold our steaks and the steaks of the table next to us to other customers!

Then tried to charge me for the steak I did have.

Long wait for the starter that then arrived warm and not hot

We are tourist who don’t speak French but they kindly helped translate all items on the menu. They also let me charge my phone with there chargers and called a taxi for when our meal was done. The waiters were really nice and helpful

Me and my girlfriend dined here shortly before Christmas. TripAdvisor came in very handy during this trip to Lille as we were only there for one night and had no idea where to go! What a lovely restaurant. The service and food were both exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The pricing was more than fair with plates averaging €20

Excellent food with lively market outside on this Sunday. Local people using this restaurant in the main which was reassuring. A fish tartare to start followed by a wonderful steak.

Brilliant food, really good mix of modern French food with good priced drinks and amazing staff!

Being British with ok but maybe limited French staff really helped us out and were just great, tolerated our bad but good try language skills!

We shared a steak board and it was cooked to perfection, two different cooked styles too. Terine to start was delishious!

Disappointed in this restaurant. Starters, mozzarella & tomato for me, pate for my husband, were good but mains were poor. My salmon was overcooked and rather dry, with very little sauce and my husband's steak was so tough he left half of it. It was expensive and not good value for money.

Food was fine but expensive for what it was. Service was extremely slow (but friendly). We waited around 40 minutes for our deserts and about 40 minutes to pay the bill while the restaurant didn't appear that busy.

Seems there was some kind of problem with leaking on the floor at the bar. Staff was very busy with it and forgot the customers. Also got the wrong flat water and 2 classes of red wine instead of one.
