Another visit to this top class restaurant. We were not disappointed and our selections and service were very good. Pedro , the chef was very approachable and helpful. Personally, there are a couple of areas where they could improve , the main one being in the serving of their wine. It is not a good look in a top class restaurant to just pour the wine and leave drips and drops on the pristine white table cloth. A restaurant of this quality should know about bottle napkins or guards. A bit of waiter practice might be needed. It is perhaps to some , a small point , but if they want to raise their reputation above their current level then they might need to address this. The wine selection is at the pricey end and if you pay a lot you expect it to be delivered well with confidence! My only other very small criticism is not being asked if we were ready for our main course; seemed to be delivered with speed in mind, rather than at customer behest. An evening at a top class restaurant like this should last a bit more than 60 minutes. We felt a bit rushed. But , listen, we will go back and we did enjoy. The above points should not put you off ; my intent is to help.
