9/10The food is excellent, period. Rarely have I tasted such fresh seafood prepared so expertly and full of flavor, especially considering that we are in an area of forests and mountains. If you come to Fiuggi for a couple of evenings this is a must.

9.5/10Yesterday evening my wife and I had dinner in this restaurant which was opened last August. Easy to find and good parking possibilities. Very nice host and personnel. Asked whether we liked our table and the music was not disturbing, which was not. Food was delicious . Started with oysters . Fresh and salty in the right way. Afterwards mixed fresh cold sea platter and finished with a mixed grill and half crab. Everything accompanied with vegetables prepared in a perfect and surpising way. Suggestions by the host and waiter were good . From the wine list we choose a local white which was light and refreshing. The dinner was so good that against our habit we went for a desert. Baba a Napolitalian desert with rum and limoncello ended a perfect experience . Espressi as you.can only get in Italy. Il conto was allright . Reasonable price , all worth the evening . A most go and when we are in the region again we certaiinly reserve again Willem Blanken
