This restaurant was a great find. The owner was really welcoming and very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us on deciding what to choose, including a perfect Bordeaux to match the dishes.

Audrey and Matt are the most splendid, friendly hosts! It is a cosy establishment and how Matt manages to prepare and serve food from the confined kitchen space is a miracle. Audrey is the smiley Front of House part of the double act. We had a lovely time - excellent company, food and wine. Fully deserving of the all the high praise and complimentary responses

Exactly what we wanted , a great selection of cheese and charcuterie. Paired with a very good selection of wine sold by the glass. Both the husband and wife owners were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening. Food and wine delicious, chef and maitre-d were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend and will revisit next time we’re in Bordeaux

We had a wonderful meal. We were made welcomed from the minute we arrived with our cheerful and helpful host. The selection of cheeses and meats was tremendous. Wine was also excellent. We had a full meal and everything was perfect including the dessert. It would also be a great place to drop in for a light meal and glass of wine.

This tiny place was a brilliant find. We had a warm welcome & wonderful food. All of the platters offered sounded delicious. We ordered 2 small between 2 of us & were nicely full at the end. All cheese and charcuterie was amazing quality, and value considering the portions and ambiance. Would definitely return!

Honestly, brilliant little place. Simple food, but such good quality, delicious. Wine was fantastic. Service was faultless, made two non-French speaking Brits feel very at home. Had a great evening.

The platter was delicious and I followed the suggestion for the glass of regional white wine and couldn’t have been happier!! They were kind, the food and wine was great and overall it was not expensive (14€ the platter and 5€ the wine glass). I’ll be sure to visit again next time I’m in town, to try a new wine and also the desserts!

A wonderful experience in a small, inviting atmosphere with excellent service. Lovely, simple platters and great wine choice. The server was friendly, informative and gave personal attention. Food was nicely presented and plentiful, and priced well.
