Incredible long wait for the main courses can ruin an eating experience.
They were not even able to explain why...
Not to mention they said it was not possible for us to sit in the restaurant and order pasta or pizza, forcing us to eat in the elevated chairs when later I realized there was people eating pizza in that area.
Not coming back ever.
Food was ok....but is not just about food isn't?

Had a very nice birthday dinner for my son (turned 18 today). Asked for a nice quiet place for party of 7, and got a nice big table in the corner of the restaurant, with plenty of space to have good conversations. Very friendly and welcoming staff, eager to please, which I find remarkable for such a large place. Wood oven pizza's were good, but still I am looking for that woodsy, smokey flavor that just doesn't come through. We had a variety of amazing deserts. Especially the home made ice creams (pink pepper and balsamic ice creams; chocolate-orange and chocolate espresso sorbets) really stood out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Dear guest,
You must be indeed very frustrated for having chosen such a language to express yourself although the information you have given in your review is unfortunately INCORRECT.
1. You walk into O'Pazzo at 19.30 and NOT at 19.00
2. The booking you made was for 7 and NOT for 8 persons.
3. You were asked immediately if you needed a high chair but we received no response from you.
4. Your main course was served at 21.40 to be exact, considering you had two courses before that, waiting time is very reasonable.
5. Despite all the facts when you had complained for the waiting time we have offered you (purely out of well intended hospitality) coffee and an ice-cream from the house which we see you have sadly failed to mention in your review.
In any case O'Pazzo isn't prepared to deal in this manner of language or description of events, those ar far from the truth.

We started with a primi (risotto with tartufo and pappardelle with wild boar) , then went on to a secondi (wild boar and beef). The food was really good; we enjoyed the dinner a lot. The portions were more than enough. The wines we tasted were also very good quality. However, our waiter was not very friendly; he did not smile at us during the night. That's a bit annoying especially considering the service was slow. It took them 10-15 minutes to bring us a menu, then another 15 min to take our orders. At the end it turned out to be a long dinner due to slow service; we didn't expect this on a Wednesday night. I cannot imagine how the service is on Friday and Saturday. But I would still recommend this place if you're craving for good Italian food. The food is worth the wait.

Dear guest, first of all we would like to thank you for letting us know with your experience of O'Pazzo. Good to hear that you have enjoyed the food, regarding the waiting time, we would like to inform you that this was due to the Christmas group reservations. We operate for around 150 guests out of our tiny kitchen with 4 qualified cooks. On that particular Wednesday they did have hard time managing the large numbers we had had reserved. Our smiling faces are looking forward to seeing you again

The waiter was taking out plates as we were still eating, e literally had to put the pizza on the napkin! Sure we could protest but at that point we just wanted only to leave this place. Earlier this waiter was touching our food with bare hands, was serving food as if we were not there. We also spent 45 min waiting for food. Food itself was average, certainly not worth extra price compared with other pizza places in the neighborhood.
