About the restaurant

ZA DU GRAND-PORT – À Bègle, un ancien dépôt de maçonnerie est devenu un restaurant branché avec une très grande terrasse. Stéphane Faussat, le propriétaire, n’en est pas à sa première affaire. Il y avait ici une vraie demande de cuisine de qualité et il fallait y répondre.

PRODUIT LOCAUX DE SAISON – La devise de la brasserie est la « cuisine gourmande du marché ». Les deux chefs travaillent des produits locaux de saison. Leurs spécialités, c'est la cuisson lente, celle qui dégage toutes les saveurs du produit (la qualité est donc un impératif).

EN BREF – Originalité, fraîcheur, découverte.... Voilà ce qu'on trouve dans les assiettes. L'endroit idéal pour une pause-déjeuner ensoleillée. Le plus : la terrasse, très agréable aux premiers rayons de soleil.
