The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the dishes were not very well executed, texture is a bit one dimensional, and flavos are not balanced cross the 8 dish. Pork is well cooked, but mot much going on with the sauces and garnishes

It’s a pork tasting menu, so if you don’t eat pork, there’s nothing on the menu for you. If you do eat pork, it’s amazing. Well crafted tasting menu around pork dishes, each unique in flavor and style. Casual environment and super friendly hosts. Definitely a highlight of my trip.

Its a restaurant that creates very delicious dishes but has an extremely inflexible rules of how you should eat. Its a free world and if you like being free and practical, this restaurant is not.

Food was served on too high speed. We asked them to slow down and the answer was this was not possible. They even served a.new course whilst half of the table was till eating the course before. Do not go there if you do not like pork

On the €65 tasting menu, 2 dishes were great, the rest ranged from okay to not good. BEWARE they are not happy to change utensils between services. They want you to to use your dirty fork and knife for you meat, fish, vegetables, and everything else across all courses go them menu. The nail in the coffin was when we gathered our dirty utensils (which the waitress removed from our plates and put back on the table) and she told us that they do not replace utensils between courses. For €65 and a Michelin guide plaque on the door, I am shocked at the poor level of service and food. Don’t waste your time and money, find somewhere else in Bilbao.

Great service. Had the tasting menu which was quite delicious until the main pork. It was over salted. A bit disappointing that it’s a pork place and the main dish was underwhelming. However, the staff was pleasant the ambiance was also good so that makes up for the lower food rating.

Small but well laid out restaurant. We only brought one phone with us that night so had a bit of difficulty viewing the paperless menu, & were not offered any help. But otherwise, chose from a la carte, very good food, but would have preferred to make my pudding choice after the main course - you had to choose it all at the beginning. Gorgonzola cheese cake was fabulous.

The service and stuff was an exceptional, very friendly and nice. The food... I used to be in a few Micheline restaurants before, so I was expecting something very interesting and amazing. The serving of the food was indeed very enjoyable, but the taste was disappointing.

Nice little restaurant downtown. Food was tasty, service was great, unfortunately we hit it on a not-so-big night: we were the only customers of the night, until when we were about to leave (20m before closing time), when a couple walked in.

Went by myself and just tried one of their tasting menus. I was so full by the end of it. Ate every including the bread which was fresh and warm. Can't fault them except for my "penis" looking meringue. Lol. I paid for the meal with glee and was offered a complimentary coffee, but I had no space for it. Loved the service and loved the food.

A wonderful visit to this restaurant for afternoon lunch. My husband and I had the tasting menu and it was delicious. What made our lunch more interesting was the amazing waiter Gabriel, He had extended knowledge about the food and wine and was very helpful as was as being a wonderful chap. Highly recommend.
