10/10I would recommend this lovely restaurant. We booked it in advance of arriving in Lucca and it lived up to our expectations. We were met by a very friendly host who showed us to our table outside the restaurant with lovely views of the piazza. We were given a glass of Prosecco on the house as a welcome drink. The food was local and very tasty. I had the Tomahawk pork steak and my partner had the beef fillet. Both highly recommended dishes. The house wine was of a high standard. We will definitely visit Old Charlie when we return to Lucca.

10/10The restaurant was placed In a square with lots of other restaurants, but there was a nice air to it and the service was fast and good! We had a spaghetti carbonara and some pizzas and all was very nice - a good recommendation from our family.

10/10Booked the place at the last minute on a Tuesday night in July and I was amazed from the service and the food. Very fair price for really good food. Location is really suggestive. Highly recommended. Thank you
